Australia National Honey
Some Australian honeys cannot be pinned to one region. The country’s cross-state eucalypt honeys – yellow box, ironbark, and river red gum – come from trees that grow across several states, gathered by a migratory industry that follows the flowering north and inland rather than staying put. Their identity is national rather than regional, so each is documented once here and shown on the regional hubs that produce it.
